Refund policy
We have a seven (7) days return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@berberdezign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package to our address in the USA. Items sent back to us without a request first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You need to ship the non-conforming rug back to us upon our request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, Customers are responsible for paying one-way shipping of the product to our USA address. The shipping fee will be applied to your balance. After deducting the shipping charge, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
We will bear all shipping fees and any additional charges for non-conforming or defective rugs, and We will immediately ship the replacement rug to you for no additional charge. In addition, we will guide you through returning the non-conforming rug to our address in the USA.
